While customers could previously submit consumer financing applications via the Android app or through the website, the service is now available on iOS as well, allowing all users to apply directly from their phones within just minutes. TrustPaisa provides round-the-clock, nationwide coverage, ensuring that financial stability is accessible to every individual in India.
The iOS app delivers the full capabilities of the TrustPaisa service, including digital onboarding, KYC verification, push notifications, personalized offers, a customer dashboard, active contract status tracking, seamless in-app payments, and integrated client support. Early results already show improved conversion rates, with more users successfully completing the application process, which is a strong indicator of TrustPaisa’s intuitive UX and streamlined flow.
Later, TrustPaisa will introduce significant enhancements to the onboarding journey across iOS. The service is integrated with Digilocker, India’s leading government-backed digital identity solution, allowing customers to complete KYC without uploading additional document photos. TrustPaisa is also connected to Account Aggregator, a progressive income-verification framework actively supported at the national level. This integration enables the service to retrieve structured financial information directly from trusted sources, eliminating the need for customers to manually upload bank statements. Both integrations are currently undergoing A/B testing and final optimization and will be rolled out to all users in the near future.
